As much as I hate to reveal this gem, it was wonderful! The property was clean (a little worn) and really accessible walking distance to the historic district. Priced excellent and the staff was great! It’s absolutely my go to location on my next visit.

This was our second stay here. We stayed a few years ago and liked it so we went back. The place is very well maintained and is clean thru out the property. It’s walking distance from Main Street where all the shops are and places to eat. The complementary drinks were spot on. I recommend this place for the people who want to enjoy a nice quiet place to stay.

The room was very big, spacious. I’d been on the road for 2 weeks so it was great having a big fridge and kitchenette area. There was a few issues in my room and the staff fixed them immediately! Luz was very helpful as was the manager. Everyone was very kind and informative! I loved being there!

We had a very good experience here. The staff is very friendly, the dining hall food and drinks surprisingly good, and the rooms were well maintained. The common areas are a little dated and the gym equipment is nearly falling apart, but I overall would highly recommend staying here. Do note that there is an additional pet fee $30/night as of July 2026.

Room was clean and comfortable and we stayed here due to its convenient and close proximity to the train station as we were booked to go on the Durango to Silverton steam train the next morning. Breakfast was plentiful but the egg and sausage patties were pre-cooked and then microwaved before being added to the buffet rather than being freshly prepared so not the best quality. Everything else was fine though.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast staff was fantastic, specifically nice lady host. Great location to downtown. Hotel is dated but still awesome. The pool area is very loud with no enforcement of excessive noise and yelling. We'd stay again.

Would definitely recommend this place for future stays .close to the Durango Silverton narrow gauge railway station - less than 5 minutes walk.. clean rooms , 24 hour coffee, nice breakfast Buffet, free evening happy hour with one non alcoholic or alcoholic drink per person , courteous staff . Clean well maintained facilities and room with balcony and overlooking the central pool. They even provided a list of recommended restaurants near by .. they were so helpful to all our questions and concerns .. Would love to be back .

Great location and next to the Durango Silverton rail station. Also close to the town for restaurants and bars. Car parking was included so we left the car for the whole day without worry. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Would recommend to anyone wishing to go in the railway.
