  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. The dome was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The views were fantastic. It does get cold at night because we did turn off the heater, but we were smart enough to bring extra blankets, so it worked out fine. The domes are located just outside of town, but are close enough to still make it a convenient place to stay. It was basically like glamoured camping and was very enjoyable.

Nice staying experience, overall clean, great amenities. I wasn't expecting such complete room. Really nice and the staff on the phone kind and attentive. The only thing I would suggest needs improving is the lightning and for some reason, maybe it's more me than the hotel, I thought being a dome I would have a nicer view to the night sky but it's not really the case. If there's something they can do to improve, go for it if not maybe some clarification in the description of the dome.

We really enjoyed staying in something different. The whole experience was amazing. Unfortunately it rained during our stay and we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors amenities. A TV would have been nice.

So cool! Includes slippers and robes, a fire pit with a hammock on the patio. Nice drip coffee provided to make yourself while you enjoy the view. Heater/AC works great. Just an overall cool experience we will definitely do again.

This is our first time stayed in the dome, we were surprised the layout inside, the outside fire pit, grill, hammock. The view from the patio and from inside the dome is amazing along with the music of the running river... The small modern kitchen, everything you need to make your own coffee, cookware. Bathroom, shower is good. The location is very convenient to access to everything we need like hot spring, restaurants, grocery etc... Sorry I don't have time to make this short but if you want to have a good experience for any special occasion you should try.

Fun place to stay. Thought the price is a little high but it was fun to do once. Would recommend getting televisions for the domes, a community hot tub would really be nice and drop the price a bit and I would definitely stay again. Overall a really unique place to stay.
