“Elktrace B&B is located in the quiet and huge place. We arrived there very late night ( actually extremely early in the morning) but the great host was sleeping and waiting for us in the couch. We were so sorry about that and appreciated it. Our room had two beds but we had to share the bathroom with next room. That was just one thing I felt uncomfortable. “Room was nice. There was no TV in my room which is ok cuz not many people need to watch TV in their hotel rooms when visiting Pagosa Springs. There was no AC in my room but an electric fan only. I was ok with sleeping in the room with windows open. Front office informed us after 10PM is quiet hrs because the walls are not sound proof. This is due to it being an old building.”

We brought our dog and he was comfortable with his dog bed that we brought along. For those of you bringing your dog, be sure and pack their dog bed as dogs are not allowed on furniture.
