“It was a quick stay over but the place was easy to get to and communication was easy about check in. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the river and amenities on sight.”

“Room was nice. There was no TV in my room which is ok cuz not many people need to watch TV in their hotel rooms when visiting Pagosa Springs.
There was no AC in my room but an electric fan only. I was ok with sleeping in the room with windows open.
Front office informed us after 10PM is quiet hrs because the walls are not sound proof. This is due to it being an old building.”
“The price was reasonable and the gentleman that was in charge was so efficient. He cleaned, stocked the breakfast items and he did laundry…all at the same time WOW!!”
“All was good, rooms were clean and a very quiet. Slept well. Only issue, was breakfast, the tables and floors were dirty. And we got there right at 7am, at the opening of breakfast being served. it had food crumbs on floors and most of the tables weren't clean. Microwave was dirty, dried-up cheese or food stains in microwave.”

We arrived there very late night ( actually extremely early in the morning) but the great host was sleeping and waiting for us in the couch. We were so sorry about that and appreciated it.
Our room had two beds but we had to share the bathroom with next room. That was just one thing I felt uncomfortable. Every interior and exterior really goes well I felt the extraordinary sense of the host.

Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot.”
