“The property is lovely and the town of Mancos was awesome. We stayed in one of the upstairs hostel-style rooms and all of the common areas were spotless and welcoming. The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful. We only had time for a one day trip out here, but already plan to return for a longer stay. ”

“We were under the impression that breakfast was to be served - when we asked about the details the hostess looked at us with surpise - Breakfast ? The "Ranch" is placed quite a bit out of town - Mancos is a sweet town, we wanted to be within walking distance to the restaurant, cidery, brewery, galleries, taco trucks and coffee spots. Ended up staying at the Mesa Verde Motel - great spot, super owners, great story, right in the middle of it all. The MVM is currently developing a small cafe...

“Overall a fair stay for one night - nothing more, nothing less. Very friendly staff at the check-in, even late at night. Breakfast was little to nothing and sadly not worth it - but it was complimentary.”

“Didn't realize I rented a biohazard unit, there were doo doo stains on the sheets, blood stains on the ceiling, other oily stains on the other bed, gave the guy at the front counter a 50 dollar cash deposit he refused to refund within 3 minutes of checking in. We left. ”

“Initially reserved through a third party entity but staff double booked me and gave my room to someone else. Tried to get support from front desk but was redirected again and was hung up on. I am concern about compromised customer information if someone else is about to check in without valid ID linked to initial reservation. ”
