Sprawling and gorgeous place with a wonderful separate pool facility. Lots of kids and dogs and trails. Super close to everything in the upper Pagosa town.

The place was good! And clean. Our only complaint was that things just seemed to be falling apart. The screen for one of the patio doors fell off, the metal security lock from inside the unit came off and the garbage can lid broke.

Great welcome desk. Nice room. Everything clean. Our only disappointment is that the resort suggests they have a rec center with a pool, hot tub, and extensive weight room. What they actually have is a SHARED rec center with the community which closes to guests on holidays and at certain time for residents only (high school practices or local lap swim).
