"Scott, the front desk manager, was very courteous and helpful.
On the downside, the TVs remote systems were both very confusing to use. Simple things like figuring out what channel to turn to ....very complicated, little navigating to find the channel guide! Not exactly like some systems as Holiday Inn or Hilton properties use like DIRECTV."
"Ruff gravel road to reach the property but worth it. We stayed in the basement suite that was super big. The lighting was a bit dim at night and a few cobwebs that were missed when cleaning other than that the breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The views are amazing and the owners are very friendly and helpful. This is a stay we will always remember definitely worth a stay"
"Quick stop through Pagosa. Super convenient. It’s a modern take on a motel!
Air conditioner was weak, but we opened windows because it was 44 degrees overnight. Super walkable to restaurants and river."
"Check in was easy. Beds were ok. Pillows flat as a pancake. A/C in room worked amazing. Continental breakfast was very basic. Cereal, oatmeal, bagel, English muffin, hard boiled egg that you couldn’t get the shell off of, toast, bananas, orange juice, apple juice. Friendly staff"
"The hotel room was spacious and very nice. The coffee table was damaged and needed to be replaced. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The entire hotel is well kept up and beautiful. It just needed a new coffee table."
