"We weren't prepared for how remote this property is and the extended rainy season made it even more so with very poor road conditions. Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. We had to leave after staying only one of our two nights as we just didn't have enough food. "We spent our honeymoon here and it was absolute perfection! The views were beautiful and we even saw monkeys, birds, crabs, the cutest beach cats and dogs, racoons, and squirrels. The food and drinks were delicious. The service was the best we have ever had, all day, everyday. Ilse, Gabriel, Gio, Jimmy, and the sweet gentleman and girl that work in the morning went above and beyond for us. We were treated like more than royalty while we were there, it felt like family. Ilse and her team helped us plan and schedule all of our activities in addition to reserving transportation and offering recommendations. The whole team is one of the most special groups of people I have ever met. The rooms were clean and spacious.it was just the right mix of luxury and in the outdoor tropics kind of vibe. Of course the ants, mosquitos and little bugs were definitely present but that's what you get when you are in a tropical paradise near water and we're not too bothersome. Overall it's definitely a magical place and we can't wait to go back again one day!"
