Nice hotel located closed to a casino with free parking and breakfast while check in was cumbersome because they have in record that was one room instead of two this was solved after talking with management later one of the rooms have water loss in the bathroom and need to move to another one.

Super limpias las habitaciones. Muy buen precio. Buena atención de los recepcionistas y las personas del spa. Principalmente destaco a Alicia. En cuanto al desayuno un poco desorganizado. Te hacen hacer cola para que te sirvan y la espera se hace larga. El desayuno es continental no americano. Pero le doy buena calificación. Volvería. Las habitaciones son cómodas. Sólo que no sé si es mala información de hoteles.com pero las habitaciones standard son de 27 metros y yo había reservado de 45 metros según la descripción de hoteles.com

Está localizada en las afueras de la ciudad de San Luis, en un lugar muy tranquilo y con una vista privilegiada. Cuenta con el casino y zona de entretenimientos y gastronomía en el edificio de al lado.

Week at Epic La Punta

We spent a week at the Epic while visiting family in San Luis. Room was comfortable, and the breakfast quite good. Service was very attentive. Will stay here again in future trips and would recommend without hesitation.

Demasiada expectativa para tan poco servicio

Por el diseño del hotel da la impresion que lo importante para ellos es el hipodromo y el casino, en el hotel la atencion no es muy buena y los servicios de alimentacion, spa y otros no son bien atendidos.

Le falto mas personal ya que por falta de personal no pude utilizar el gym, el hidro estaba sucio y la pileta deberian barrer mas el fondo, le falta pileta descubierta mesas y reposeras en el hermoso parque que tienen y una linda plaza al aire libre para chicos, tambien con tanto lugar una sala de cine no vendria nada mal como asi tambien mas horario de spa y pileta

Hotel para ir con chicos chicos a descansar.

Hotel con piscina de agua templada, sauna, gimnasio, pelotero, parque, lago con gansos y patitos, restaurante, casino y un hipódromo donde corren una vez al mes. Las habitaciones son amplias. Creo que el servicio de limpieza debería funcionar las 24 horas. También debería haber un barcito en el hall principal. El traslado al aeropuerto debimos pagarlo nosotros porque nos ofrecían uno sin cargo pero salía del hotel media hora antes que despegare nuestro avión. Por otro lado, el remis que nos ofrecieron ya venía con otra persona (el hijo del chofer) por lo que viajamos apretados. Lo demás, una maravilla.
