โA wonderful place to stay in Genova - the owner Luca was very nice, the rooms were extremely beautiful and very clean. The location was much better than expected (in the bottom of Via XX Settembre, a short walking distance to the old town etc). We highly recommend this place!โ
โGreat location of the hotel, 5 min walk to piazza de ferrari and lots of shopping. We parked our car in a parking lot also 5 min away walking. The hotel is on the fifth floor with a check in on the 2nd floor. We used gps, and had no issues finding it, though the sign on the building has a different name for the hotel but once you come to the door you can see that you're in a right place. The room was spacious and clean and well air conditioned. Would stay again. โ
โI was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door. โ

โWe had a pleasant stay at Rex Hotel Residence and wished we couldโve stayed longer! Itโs an old-school hotel where you leave the key at the front desk rather than take it out with you, unless youโre returning after midnight.
The hotel offered a a discount for the restaurant next door, which we made use of, and thereโs a Carrefour Express right under the restaurant for your convenience. The room had a little kitchenette with a microwave and hot plate, which was awesome for cooking ourselves a...
