Carmela is there every step of the way, giving you useful tips on how to get around the area, places to visit, bus schedules and so on. I don't think there is a thing I can complain about. :)"

"We liked the room at San Giacomo Ralais. It had a great view and was quiet. Please do update your website as it asks guests to contact the property a day before arriving, which ends up being unnecessary! Also it would help to warn guests that San Giacomo staff does not offer any help with luggage--in spite of the fact that the house is up the hill and requires a very steep 5 minute walk. "
