โStayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! โ
โIt was an enjoyable stay. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Modern and well designed room. Not a really good view and it was hard to let the sunlight in to the house. Some items in the room didn't seem like managed properly. Nevertheless it was a great experience in general. โ
โBeautiful villa and wonderful staff. You do need a car to get anywhere. WIFI only works for the phone not a laptop. Breakfast is a croissant and a cup of coffee.โ
โExcellent location (15 min walk to bus/train station) and about 10 min walk to Ortiga. Quiet, very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is at an excellent cafe across the street. Would definitely stay againโ

Accommodation was great. Only given one coffee pod for 3 night stay, otherwise โฌ.50 to buy a pod. โ
โThe b and b breakfast view was awesome and the breakfast tastes delicious. Staff is very helpful without them we wouldnโt be able to get our car. Overall a really worth stay.โ
โStanza confortevole, fresca e ben accessoriata. A 10 minuti da Ortigia con l'auto (indispensabile) ma senza Il rumore e la confusione. Gentilissimo il proprietario e molto disponibile con consigli utilissimi per le visite. Ottima la colazione con anche dolci fatti dalla mamma, anche lei gentilissima e disponibile. Lo consiglio senz'altro.โ
โAt first, I thought I had made the wrong decision when I saw the building from the outside. But once I entered the room, I realized it had everything I needed. It was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet, with plenty of parking available. While Isla Ortigia was a bit far to walk, most other points of interest were within a 2 km radius. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay!โ
