Pros: beautiful hotel, very serene, pool area amazing (though some cushions ripped up)seems half empty so seems quite private, for breakfast they can also have the chef make you an omlette or avocado toast. Definitely felt like we stayed at a very nice place for the money compared to everything else in San Pedro. Best part is if your tour leaves before they serve breakfast they will pack you a to go breakfast with several courses. Also lots of cute little spots to hangout. Provide a welcome drink (non alcoholic). Cons: pool is always cold despite it being 90 degrees outside, the restaurant is not good. Had the lamb which was the most expensive thing on the menu and there were literally 3 bites of meat on there. Also before our arrival they messaged to ask if we want food made before the kitchen closes and when we wanted to order they said due to issues kitchen was actually closed. Upon checkin we were also told we had a massage included but had to book in advance. When we went to book they told us we didn’t need booking and to come back the next day at a certain time. When we came they said we needed a booking and they wouldn’t have availability until after our checkout. It also turned out to just be a 5 or 10 minute head massage.

I think this is a decent hotel. Don’t expect the premium it sell itself as. I think there are way better properties if you pay the base price for Habitas. Some grips: - mosquitoes, barking dogs at night, no fan so must leave the patio door open but that invites bugs. - the restaurant staff is slow, and don’t provide the level of service as they market themselves as premium. - Expedia says check in is at 2PM. It’s actually 3PM. Mine was closer to 4PM. It’s a fine hotel to stay at, but don’t expect anything premium about it.

We loved our stay. I enjoyed eco-consciousness of the resort, ambiance, great service, and thoughtful touches. There is no AC but it wasn’t an issue for us with the fan. The restaurant had a lot of delicious vegetarian/vegan options for me. Overall very relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay and would stay there again.

Hotel ainda está se organizando, não espere muito!
O hotel é charmoso e a pouco tempo entrou para a rede Habitas. Cafe da manhã gostoso com funcionários simpáticos. Precisa melhorar muito o atendimento das demais áreas. Atividades agendadas foram canceladas em cima da hora como Pilates, observação do céu a noite, mixologia. Foi um tanto chato que na hora do check out tiveram vários erros, como cobrar duplamente as diárias que já estavam pagas, taxas a mais que não sabemos do que era…. E olha que quem fez o check out foi o gerente do hotel. Ahhh, o café da manhã estava incluso na nossa diária, porém você sempre deve dar uma gorjeta de 10 a 20% sobre o valor do café da manhã obrigatoriamente, um pouco diferente para nós brasileiros. O serviço de camareira o serviço foi ruim, apesar de deixarmos sempre uma boa gorjeta. Também pedimos pilhas para o cofre do quarto várias vezes e ao final de nossa estadia ainda não recebemos elas. Ou seja cofre não funciona. O conceito do hotel é interessante, o quarto é no estilo atacamenho, mas não sei se voltaria em função dos problemas que tivemos. Inclusive estávamos avaliando a ida ao Our Habitas Arábia Saudita que parece lindo, mas isso nos desencorajou. Nao espere nem um chá de cortesia, como é padrão em muitos hotéis nesta categoria. Os benéficos descritos aqui no Hotéis.com por ser cliente silver como garrafa de vinho e outros não foram oferecidos pelo hotel.

Amazing as expected
This is my third location of Habitas I’ve been to and I love them every time. This place is super tranquil in the desert with very comfortable rooms and great staff. I love the free wellness and activities in the hotel also. The sound healing was incredible. And I highly recommend the meditative massage.

Es un hotel que lo venden como 4 estrellas y tiene servicio de hostal. El Administrador o Gerente o sabe lo que es servicio al cliente, esto flexibilidad ante cualquier requerimiento, cero amabilidad, un desagrado. El hotel es bonito y está bien ubicado, pero cero conocimiento de estándares mínimos de servicio por parte del personal y sobre todo del gerente. Desayuno pobre y repetitivo. Falta de infraestructura básica como aire acondicionado y frigobar en las habitaciones. En la piscina no hay basureros ni ducha.

The property was very nice in every respect. Breakfast nothing special. The only problem I found was the location, about a mile from the center of town, along a dusty, unpaved street without lights, we had to take taxis all the time.

Wonderfully peaceful property, we spent the most amazing time there. Nice rooms, a wonderful garden that is being maintained with utmost care, simply a beautiful spot to enjoy some quiet and serenity. We had a cute balcony on top of our room where we could gaze at the stars and enjoy the view! The only negative thing was that one of the waiters miscalculated the bill every single time, sometimes by more than 10k pesos.

I booked here way before the crisis started, at the onset of the protests, strikes and road blockades, through Expedia the hotel refused my request for a refund, change dates or credit, which I partially understood as my booking was "not refundable", but I decided to call directly to explain the situation, the staff at the hotel was unreachable by phone, when I reached somebody they transfered me to a new unreachable number or the person on the line was insensitive to my request about the hardships for a foreign traveler to reach the hotel during this time, so given the circumstances I decided to go but the very same day of my flight an airport strike started and there were warnings of road blockades from Calama to Atacama, called the hotel for information about the blockades and they told me to call the local police station because they had no need to provide me that info. I finally decided not go and send a couple of local Chilean friends on my behalf to use the room. Bad service and insensitive management !!!!!

L'hotel è carino, le camere spaziose e la posizione non male. Decentrata, ma il centro si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Il livello del servizio però è inaccettabile per un 4 stelle. Siamo arrivati la mattina. Non essendo ancora ora per il check in abbiamo lasciato le valige in deposito, avvertendo che la sera saremmo rientrati tardi. Al rientro le nostre valige non erano in stanza e il ragazzo alla reception non parlava una parola in inglese e non sapeva dove fossero. Siamo dovuti andare alla ricerca delle valige di notte, non proprio piacevole. Stanze un pò polverose, ma siamo anche nel deserto...

En general bien, amables y buena la atención. Las piezas redondas muy oscuras al igual que el baño, además este último incomodo.
