Really good service at the buffet. Only point is that the heating was not working and it took 4 days to get fixed. It was a very cold week. Otherwise all fine.

Its a good place to go. Not far from the beaches and it's flat. Went away at the end of the season. Rooms are comfortable and clean and they tick the boxes.

Great apartment
Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean good sized apartment. We had a first floor one with view to the salt flats, the ground floor ones have a big terrace but no view.

Check in staff were efficient and friendly. Room was nice enough, however the mixer shower valve appeared to have a fault, as it constantly cycled between hot and cold. Found a long blonde hair in the shower and a long black hair by the basin, so the cleaning had fallen short. Restaurant staff were friendly enough. Tried the 'buffet' for an evening meal in the restaurant, which was average ish. But the pots of food weren't labelled, which meant you had to open each pot to see what was in it. And those pots don't keep the food hot enough. Breakfast was ok though. Staff at check out were excellent again, and put my baggage in a secure room for me.

It was not a 4 star hotel. The room needed updates. Bath tub was rusted. Sink was cracked and the water on the shower was impossible to get to the right temperature

Unfortunately the morning after my single night stay: there was an issue with the plumbing and there was no water in the hotel for washing / showering. Also a t breakfast because there was no water, the coffee machines were not operable. Fortunately the water was restored not long after breakfast time

En uke i Januar.
Vi bodde en uke i en av hotellets leiligheter i 2 etg. Stort soverom, masse skap. Greit bad og kjøkken. Stue med en enkel sofa og tv. Enkel standard, men fungerte fint for oss. Vi var der i januar, så vi brukte ikke balkongen. (Den hadde morgensol) Vi bestilte en massasjetime på hotellets SPA Den var bra. Frokosten var super og de ansatte var veldig behjelpelige. De jeg pratet med snakket helt greit engelsk. En hyggelig rusletur på 10-12 minutter til strand/cafe/restaurant. (Veldig god Indisk restaurant der) Tror også det var en liten butikk og en cafe rett bak hotellet, men der var ikke vi. Vi var der som nevnt i januar, det var stille og rolig. Jeg bor der gjerne igjen.

We stayed in the Hotel after Christmas for one night to visit the area and do some shopping in the La Zenia Boulevard.The hotel was very basic, we are very used to having mini breaks in 4/5 star Hotels and know what we can expect, this Hotel falls far short, no mini bar at all, no tea and coffee making faciliies, towels very worn and bathroom very tatty. I would say it is more 2/3 star maximum. the bar closed at around 11pm, the area was not comfortable or welcoming at all, plastic outdoor tablesand chairs etc. It could probably do with a good refurb.(as could the whole Hotel). There was a strange smell like drains in the comunal areas of the Hotel. We were booke bed and breakfast, unfortunately the cooked element of the buffet breakfast was cold. The positives are the reception and bar staff where very efficient and helpful. The location is good for shopping by car to the La Zenia Boulevard, (though there is nothing around the area of the hotel on foot (restaurants etc). I would not stay again.

Lack of communication
On arriving at the hotel after checking in the guy that was doing the Check-in told us that there was no water on in the hotel & it would be at least 8pm before it would be restored, it was not a burst or anything like that it’s ongoing scheduled work. My issue is that nobody informed us of this as if we had of been told we would have booked somewhere else. The guy checking us is confused the booking with the two rooms we had & it was all a little strange. Hotel ok for the money but the rooms are a little tired, good location next to the beach
