The air con was quite noisy.... and I had to ask for a second bin as they only had one in the Room, normally you have two ... One for the bathroom for Sanitary Stuff and one general rubbish. The pool was immaculate and clean, however they had a limited amount of umbrellas, only 3 in total... Which is a bit...

Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later. I contacted them four times through the Expedia app weeks and days before arriving, and they did not respond at all. Three phone calls to reception went unreturned,...

“Gorgeous property with modern design. Loved the studio apartment. Strong AC, comfy bed, clean linens, and great living space overall. The rooftop is a great amenity. There were workers there in the morning fixing stuff which was bothersome but overall (outside of that) it’s a great outdoor reprieve. Great location, walkable, easy access to the apartment. Downfalls: no luggage storage, no taxi cab service calls, and no in-person reception service at ALL. The elevator broke down at some point and...
