pésimo hotel

ni siquiera tenian la reservación de las habitaciones. no lo recomiendo habia hecho la reservación hace 2 semanas de 3 apartamentos cuando llegamos nos dijeron que solo 1 pese a que le mostré el papel donde se estipulaba claramente que eran 3. aparte que esta rodeado de colonias peligrosas. malísimo si pueden paguen algo mas y será mejor que esta porquería de hotel.

Decor need updating, phone books and Honduras Tips were dated 2009 !!?? Window blinds didn't work.. Breakfast that was included with room rate.was very good .

San Pedro Sula's Best value! Great service!

Called for the Shuttle, and it arrived promptly. Every member of the staff is friendly and competent. Condition can be better, but for the price is the best place to stay. Safe, clean, and comfortable!

Budget stay at San Pedro Sula

Villa Nuria offers a budget conscious stay in the city, has a really nice pool area. Room's may need some refurbishing and it's neighborhood is not so good.

Außen Hui Innen ......

Hotel befindet sich eher nicht im sichersten Teil San Pedros würde nicht empfehlen die Ankage zu verlassen schon gar nicht Nachts allein. Im Hotel ist zwar alles gut bewacht aber sicher fühlen tut man sich nicht. Das beste im Hotel war der Pool und das Restaurant. Im Shop findet man nur das Nötigste. Die Apartments selbst sind abgewohnt und nicht mehr Up Do Date es ist alles Schmuddelig und in die Dusche würd ich jetzt auch nicht unbedingt ohne Badeschuhe Steigen. Ich war jetzt nur zwei Nächte im Hotel, Danke nie wieder.

Worst stay ever

The room cleaness are not in code. The sink of the kitchen has white spots... Like if it wasn't cleaned in a long time. The bathroom floor looks dirty and nasty, perhaps applying some bleach to it wouldn't hurt. While taking a shower a gigiant, nasty roach fell on my head. I had to kill it myself. There is only one air conditioner for a whole apartment. And if you want Ac in your room you have to upgrade and pay more fees. Why not having central air? Why should I pay extra to have air conditioner to have a confort night sleep? There was not light at the entrance, so for me to reach the door lock I had to use my cellphone flashlight, Other wise it was impossible to see the door lock. The gym was also in terrible conditions, most of the machines were out of service. When I complained over these issues to the staff of the hotel, they didn't seem to care. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybosy.

Convenient location next to airport

I have been going to Villa Nuria sine 2005. I always liked it for its convenient location and proximity to the airport. I have notices over that last few stays there is that the quality of the rooms is in decline due to poor or lack of maintenance. I am not sure if I will recommend it to a friend.

Turned away due to having a service dog!

did not get to stay at the hotel. Was turned away because we had a service dog. Even though the hotel advertised that they did not allow pet but allowed service dogs only. Left us stuck in Honduras with no transportaiton no alternative accomidations. People were rude and stated that it was not their problem. Even after I pulled up their site. the manager refused to come out and speak to us.

DEFINITELY NOT GOOD!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This Hotel is in one of the most dangerous areas of San Pedro Sula and the conditions of the hotel are way below the expectations set by their website. Our experience here was a terrible way to start our trip in San Pedro. the price is definitely NOT right. NOT CLEAN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AWAY FROM THE CITY! etc etc... I will NEVER stay there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY.

Great pool. Hotel is not too far from the airport. Nice free shuttle to airport. Small apartments; I had three beds in two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room. Friendly staff. Restaurant was good. Very secure.
