“Property is within walking distance of the local town centre, making it easy to get out to various places including outside of the town. Staff were friendly & cleaning the property on a daily basis. Has a great sea view & everything stated as being included was included without additional charge. Would recommend.”

“The staff was amazing friendly attentive full of recommendations to look out for us. The food was delicious and reasonable especially for a resort. It is a little secluded which was excellent for us. The grounds are amazing and well maintained. Our room was squeaky clean. The only two items I wished they had were a TV and consistent hot water. Thank you for your very warm hospitality and an amazing property.”

“Absolutely loved the place. Only issue was our fault. We thought we were booking the nicer concrete room but ended up in the traditional bamboo hut style house. It was nice but not what we were expecting so we were a bit disappointed…again our fault so take this from that perspective. The food was awesome, the staff AMAZING!!!! And definitely recommend booking the Kawasan canyon tour thru the hotel!”

“Matutinao Beach Resort is a beautiful and convenient place to stay if you’re visiting Kawasan Falls. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the falls—and the staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to help. The place is quiet, clean, and peaceful, which made our stay really relaxing. Dining options are a bit limited though. There were no fish dishes available during our stay, and the kitchen closes at 7 PM, which feels a little early for tourists who might come back late from...

“This was an amazing stay... the views are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were clean and very cozy and the staff was very nice. The host was able to give amazing recommendations for our tours. Assisting us in going to oslob and moalboal. Her recommendations were amazing and we missed the hecticness of the crowds. It was almoat like paying for a private tour. They have a few restaurants near by with great food. We did rent car in city so we had transport but even for days we didnt use transport....
