“This hotel looked to be recently renovated. The place was immaculate and well appointed. The coffee and beverages, all complimentary, were well stocked. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location was spectacular, right near the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We were very surprised how quiet the room was with all of the noise outside. This place is a real gem!”

“This was our only no contact accommodation in all of Italy. There was no greeting, all contact was on Whatsapp. Some people prefer that. The room is well decorated (Instagram worthy) and very small. The included breakfast is a croissant, water and a tea or coffee, so not really worth it. There was coke in the room but we would have preferred water. The location is close to the tower and not far from the train station. The main issue we had was with the mosquitoes. There were a lot in the room...

“A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!”

The room is clean and air conditioning is functioning well. However, the photo that advertised the place conveys the impression that our room has a frontal view of the leaning tower.
