"A rare gem. Not the kind of place I would normally stay on business, but we were on an industrial estate nearby and so chose here. The bungalows are big, comfortable and look exactly like the pictures. The campus is clean and expansive. It was winter so didn't experience the pool but it looked nice from afar. The restaurant serves close to Michelin starred cuisine. You must try the sashimi with rice. It was so good I had it twice. Highly recommended. "

trip which suited us perfectly as having an apartment was much better than a hotel but still with reception and the little amenties that a hotel can offer. The location it’s prime as it’s a stone throw to the main attractions with great places to eat within 1 or two min walking (although Spain is great for that!) "

"the hotel is perfectly situated in the Serrano area, close to metro's, the retiro, and dozens of good hotels and bars. The room was very clean, check in was easy and they let me in a few hours before which was great as I had flown overseas and I had a meeting with clients. I did not try the restaurant or other amenities but I liked the hotel. "
