"4th time I’ve been there and generally would highly recommend. Although worth noting, buying through a third party, the Spa isn’t included. Unfortunate the air con wasn’t working very well and they had to break into my room due to the electronic lock system not working. Spa is excellent. 👍"

"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

Sporting/activity holidays can be very stressful with the costs, equipment and training that goes into them. Villaconcha takes away any of the stress relating to an actual stay. "It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...
