10/10 Excellent

"Lovely 3 night stay in San Teodore, great pre arrival communication, lovely space, loved the inside outside kitchen, secure parking, bathroom, friendly host and convenience to the town and the beaches. We walked to the town each night ( 20 min easy flat walk) and there town has a great vibe. Drove to Brandichi beach… absolutely stunning but it was very busy on the beach which surprised us for early October. Went to the neighbouring Lu Impostu beach the following day and that was much quieter and relaxing. We also had a lovely special meal at il guardinaccio ( half way to the town on Via Sardegna) which was a little more expensive but a wonderful place for a special evening with really great food and service. All in all a great end to our 2 week holiday in beautiful Sardinia"

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Very well located hotel in an attractive setting on the coast and beach. Well appointed clean rooms. Beautifully maintained grounds. Lovely pool area and restaurant with views across the bay. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good base for exploration. Some points however to be aware of. Rooms and especially bathrooms are really small. We had an adjoining room and the sound insulation was terrible. You could hear the conversations and snoring of the neighbours! Not sure if this is a problem in other rooms. Beach is quite dirty with seaweed and other vegetation. The hotel does its best to manage people wanting late check-outs which are rarely possible. They offer a cloakroom with single shower to use before leaving. It’s small and hot. However, they have no luggage storage room and so have piles of bags dotted around the reception, people opening them, going up and down to shower. It does not give a professional impression to people arriving. They should find a solution for a baggage store and keep all this out of sight. Also if not 100% occupancy, they should block a least desirable room as a courtesy room for showering."

"This hotel was a great place to stay for our family of 4. The breakfast had a good selection of items like eggs, bacon, croissants, cold cuts, cheeses, cereal and fruits. The pool is clean and cool. The only comment is they don't provide a towel for the pool and you are not suppose to use your room towels. Given most people don't travel with their own travel, having a towel service would elevate their offering."

"Lovely hotel 5 minute walk to upscale marina with shops and restaurants with great options for dinners. Steam & sauna were great! Beach has lounges but off shore rocks prevent wading directly and further into the sea. Breakfast was mediocre. Even though breakfast was “included” the fresh orange juice and cooked to order eggs were an additional cost. At over $1,500 per night that was offensive. See attached photos of awful breakfast items on the buffet. Aside from breakfast being disappointing, it is a nice hotel, situated beautifully."
