Muy bien

Primero tuvimos que ir a un lugar a por las llaves y después a unas tres-cuatro calles al alojamiento. Todo genial, lo único que podrían avisar de que el primer lugar al que vas a por las llaves es solo para ir a por las llaves porque nos costó sacar todas las maletas para volverlas a meter en el coche ya que el alojamiento estaba en otro lugar. Habían unas pelusas debajo de las camas pero quitando de eso estaba todo bastante limpio y ordenado, habia microondas, nevera y dos armarios, un escritorio con dos sillas de ruedas y una tele pequeñita, el baño es bastante espacioso, el único inconveniente era que para que saliese el agua de la ducha tenias que apretar cada 5 segundos un botón y era un poco costoso ducharse agusto. La atención del hombre que nos atendió fue genial y las camas muy comodas y limpias, nos dio un mapa para indicarnos donde estaba el alojamiento para el cual nos habia dado las llaves y lo explicaba perfectamente.

La limpieza y la amplitud de la habitación nos sorprendió para bien, no se oía el ruido de fuera apenas, lo que no me gusto fue estarle dando a un botón todo el rato cuando te estás duchando, por lo demás estuvimos muy agusto

HONTEUX ! DES VOLEURS !

Une HONTE monumentale. Des voleurs. L'enregistrement et la récupération des clés se fait a plus de 2km du logement mais vous ne l'apprennez qu'après avoir payé sur le site. Les clés étaient de mauvaises copies, et je suis resté coince dehors avec plusieurs sclients en pleine nuit, car aucune clé ne fonctionnait. Personne sur place. Nous avons appelé pendant 1heure le service soit disant 'd' urgence'... Personne n'est venu. J'ai du dormir ailleurs, sans affaires ni médicaments qui etaient dans ma chambre. Coup de grâce : a 10h30 le matin enfin, quelqu'un parvient a ouvrir la porte. Je fais part de ma colère. Quelqu'un de l'hotel qui n'est pas sur place, m'envoie la police, et me préleve illegalement 280euros sur ma carte. Je vais déposer plainte. Hotels.com, vous devez bannir ce genre de voleurs.... C'est absolulent innacceptable, et mon week end a viré au cauchemar. J'attends le remboursement intégral de mes nuits dans la rue, et du prélèvement de 280 euros illegal. Ainsi que des excuses et une compensation, à la hauteur du prejudice subi.

Toda bastante nuevo. Muy práctico tener frigorífico y nevera en la habitación. El grifo de la ducha no funcionaba bien y el agua no se podía mezclar y salía demasiado caliente.

Gastate 10 euros mas y ve a un hotel de verdad...

Nos alojamos una unica noche y menos mal... aviso a todos NO ES UN HOTEL es una residencia, no tiene estrella alguna y la recepción esta en otro edificio a 10 min andando desde tu habitación que está en un piso compartido con un montón de ersonas. El personal de recepción amable y lo explicaron todo perfectamente, la habitación es masel chica de lola que aparenta ser en las fotos (25m2).

La habitación es sencilla y sin pretensiones. Para pasar una noche, no está mal. Desde que hice la reserva, hasta que llegamos hubo un seguimiento de mi reserva, me enviaron un mail para confirmar y un washap un dia antes de llegar pero lo que no me gustó nada es que llegamos a la recepción de donde teniamos que coger la llave, porque el edificio de la habitación estaba en otra ubicacion, y la persona que habia en recepción estaba con una llamada personal y hasta que no la terminó me dejó esperando mas de 5 minutos. ¡¡Inaudito!!...

Las habitaciones y sus baños destacan por su limpieza y su amplitud. El mobiliario es nuevo y funcional. El edificio está muy bien comunicado, ya que se encuentra a escasos metros de una parada del tranvía.

Good location to enjoy atmosphere in Alicante

It is good location to enjoy cafe, beer, food, shopping in the good residential area. The reception is not in the same building. It is about 1 km away. I had not known it before I arrived there. That was a little confusing.

Muy mala experiencia -evitar este hotel-

NO reservar este hotel!! La recepción esta a kilómetros de distancia en otro edificio! Es demasiado difícil de encontrar pues es un portal de un edificio de viviendas cualquiera y solo hay una pegatina junto al timbre. Una vez dentro se encuentra en una entreplanta, parece que ha reformado una planta de oficinas. Además hacia mucho frío en la habitación, y no tenía ni jabón ni champú, cuando llame para pedir me contestaron que ellos no ofrecían ese servicio, y cuando les dije a las 8am de cancelar la siguiente noche ME COBRARON EL 100% DE LA RESERVA por la siguiente noche, en fin. Me dedico a viajar (en todo el mundo) por mi trabajo y nunca he visto algo así, creo que el resto de los comentarios (por eso lo elegí) deben de ser falsos.

Frío, desatendido, sin wifi, sin agua caliente.

- La habitación estaba completamente fría cuando llegamos y con el aire acondicionado fue difícil calentarla. - El wifi no llegaba a la habitación, solo había en el pasillo. - Las llaves de la habitación tuvimos que recogerlas en otro edificio bastante alejado, lo cual no se nos informó hasta que vimos un cartel en la puerta del portal. - La llave que nos dieron para entrar al portal y a la habitación no abrían la puerta del portal, por lo tanto tuvimos que hacer un segundo viaje al lugar donde nos habían dado las llaves. - El agua caliente salía a una temperatura nada confortable, demasiado fría como para ducharse con comodidad.

Preiswertes Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung.

Wir hatten ein kleines Apartment und waren mit der Ausstattung sehr zufrieden. In der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie Straßenbahn(Tram)Haltestelle.

Pulito ma difficile da trovare

La camera era ampia, pulita e comoda. Molto difficile individuarla nel condominio dove Europa village ha alcune sistemazioni che però non sono contrassegnate, nè nel numero della camera, nè nel piano (in tutto mi pare siano sei piani). Solo grazie all'aiuto di un altro ospite all'interno della struttura dopo quasi 30 minuti siamo riusciti a trovare alla fine di un lungo corridoio a cui si accedeva tramite una porta chiusa a chiave (la chiave era nel mazzo ma non ci avevano informati) finalmente la nostra camera. Bastavano poche informazioni e sarebbe stato più semplice. La reception inoltre è a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dalla struttura e un po' scomoda se si hanno bagagli. A parte questo direi sistemazione molto buona, ubicata molto bene vicino alla tramvia, a negozi e ristoranti.

My room was fine for a single traveler - clean, air conditioned and well furnished with a micro-wave and fridge hidden in the wardrobe. It is in the university area of Alicante about 5miles north of the town centre and beaches but regular and cheap trams get you there in 20mts (they also run up the coast as far as Benidorm and Denia). The hotel seems to be run by, or on behalf of, the university as the check in was a 15 mt walk away in another university-type residence. Information given at check-in needs to be improved though: a map showing the route to the hotel wasn't offered and a courtesy map of the town would be appreciated.; information as to the hotel layout wasn't offered - I had a key for room H-11 yet on each floor I could only find rooms A-F! On the point of walking back to check in I eventually found my room in a corridor of rooms behind a door which had no signage on it other than a "Video-cam zone" warning. The hotel on-site description could make it clear that the room is not serviced - no change of sheets or towels in the 7 days I stayed.
