We enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back! Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and not least; available snack in the evening (until 18.30 pm- free of charge) - perfect after long hikes in the mountains during the day. The hotel and San Vito di Cadore is a good "base camp" for exploring the Dolomites!

Wonderful 5-day stay at this lovely family-run hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast, which is included, offers many delicious choices in the beautiful dining room. The hotel also offers a buffet-style “ merenda” in the late afternoon with several savory items including soup. Upon arrival and departure, the owners and their young son helped us with our luggage. We highly recommend staying at this hotel with its awesome mountain views and whose location is ideal for exploring the Cadore area.

The hotel, just beside SS48, is a 15-minute drive to Cortina, right beside the bus station and parking area. The room was clean and the owner was very friendly.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. The views from the balcony were stunning, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is conveniently close to many great restaurants in town. Although outside the hotel’s control, getting around the small towns and the Dolomites was a bit challenging due to road closures to Cortina caused by a recent landslide. If you’re driving, you shouldn’t have any issues, but it’s good to plan ahead.

Great quality for honest price

Very nice hotel, with super friendly staff. Good breakfast and very clean room, free parking. One of the best hotel for price/quality ratio. If I have to find something to improve, maybe decrease the single use plastic in bathroom and breakfast, not always easy! We will definitely consider coming back!

The people who run Albergo Dolomiti are wonderful. They were so nice! Breakfast is included, and when we came down, the owners were cooking and cleaning in the dining room. There were pastries, pies, cereals, and even a cappuccino machine, gluten free options, and scrambled eggs. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is dated, but the warmth of the owners, and the comfort of the rooms easily makes up for it. Great value for the money.

A great stay!

We had a lovely Christmas time at Albergo Dolomiti. The staff is super friendly, helpful and keen to make you feel at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, recently renovated, not to mention the breathtaking view from both our windows! The shower pressure was just perfect and felt like a proper waterfall. Breakfast is included and offers a wide-range of pastries, breads, the vero italian prosciutto among other items - the chef cooks fresh scrambled eggs on demand. Dinner is available a la carte (menu of the day, priced separately) and every dish was very well prepared, delicious and with a great presentation. Dining/breakfast room was very cosy. We also had Christmas-eve dinner at the hotel (for an additional fee) and it was a proper feast. We will definitely come back in the future and strongly recommend the stay.
