โOur hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and even helped drive us to the train station and stopped at the beautiful snowy sights around Biei along the way.
This is a beautiful location, close to AKJ airport (by car, or by bus with a bit of walking). We decided to stay here because we wanted an easy location to stay the night after arriving in Hokkaido, before heading to the mountains.
It was cozy, quiet, and clean, and we would stay here again happily.โ
โThis hotel was an unpleasant place to stay. when we arrive there at 3 am from airport, found a note with a room key. We fell asleep not taking shower though, the next morning she(the manager) inhibited my husband from taking shower due to late morning already. However the check out was 10 am through. The worst thing happened next, she blamed me for not checking in and then ordered me to check in rudely.โ
โA small hotel but very cute settings. Have a playground for children. Room is very clean, comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful. We stayed at the 2nd floor. There is no elevator, but the staff help us and have the luggage delivered to our room. โ
