โOnly complaint we have is that we were not told upon check in that you have to request for your room to be cleaned on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We had two children under the age of 9. Other then that we enjoyed our first time stay at this hotel โ
โFor total relaxation and pampering, Los Poblanos is at the top! Employees are all happy and proud to be part of this wonderful family! The rooms are spacious and comfortable! The Spa is complete bliss! The lavender products are home grown and not to be missed! Canโt wait to return!โ
โThe only minor thing that was not to our liking was that fact the pool was in need of some last minute maintenance in the morning. We had a blast in the pool after our check in. Overall great time. Complementary adult beverages was great. Dinner and breakfast was amazing, you donโt see much of that anymore. I will be staying here again.

โIt was a delightful step in the past staying in a refurbished mansion! I enjoyed the sitting area in room Route 66! The bed was comfortable, shower adequate. Breakfast was delicious and artistically presented and the weather was such that we got to enjoy it outside on the patio!โ
โAll went well, the breakfast was very good, the room was just what we needed. If there was one thing that didnโt go well, it was the excessive noise and banging going on in the room directly above us on the 4th floor, making it hard to go to sleep. But this was not the hotelโs fault. I would stay here again. โ
โThe person at the desk was great and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. The only issues were an elevator out of service and the pool was closed. There was a nice grassy area for our dog. โ
