"Room was vandalised, can’t lock properly, beds sheets were torn, unhappy staff, not clean toilets I don’t thing they cleaned for months. Lift, TV, Air conditioning nothing in working conditions."

"The property is well maintained, and the staff are friendly and supportive, which made the stay pleasant. The breakfast and food options are good overall; however, the service time in the restaurant could be improved. The washrooms require better upkeep, and improved pest control inside the rooms would significantly enhance the overall guest experience."

"Not even allowed to stay in the property due to your fake booking, which never executed as per the property reception. The customer with family suffered because of this, which cannot be beared. Atleast informed in the customer ahead of journey, inconvenience caused."

"The shuttle service to get from the front door to our cabin was wonderful. We had a large room with a sitting area. This was very close to the historical sites."

"Large room, lovely outdoor sitting area. Room showing its age (sticking doors, etc.), but functional. Some mold in the bathroom and it took a couple hours to dry out the bedroom using the AC (rather humid)"
