"I’am from Honduras. Third time in Roatán. Overall the best Spot For a Family vacation. Came with my three kids. I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their attention to detail and genuine friendliness really made the experience stand out. The location is perfect—very convenient and close to everything, whether you’re looking for restaurants, shops, or key attractions. It made getting around easy and stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and everything felt fresh and organized. The amenities were also great, especially the pool area, which was clean and relaxing with comfortable seating—perfect for unwinding. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. "The staff here are so kind and accommodating. My daughter and I stayed 6 nights. We liked how it was away from the noise of West Bay, but still on the beach and a few minute walk to small stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good and fresh. Great cocktails at the bar and yummy food at the restaurant. The pool is very shallow - suitable for young children. This is a laid back place with everything you need- not a fancy 5 star resort. But it is clean, comfortable, safe and on the sea. Great home base for exploring Roatan. "
