"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."

"I had to scurry and find a hotel in Seoul. I found Hotel the May and will definitely be back. Property is gorgeous, staff is amicable and helpful and the surrounding area has multiple restaurants. A bit off the beaten track for tourist attractions, but that was what I was looking for. Will definitely be visiting again soon!"

"I enjoyed my time at this property. It was very close to the metro/subway, many restaurants, the room was large and clean, and they provided as much free bottled water as you wanted. Having a kitchen was very useful, was able to cook a meal when I wanted without having to go out. Location of the property was also convenient with both 7-Eleven and GS25 within short walking distance. "

Checking in was contact-less through the kiosk when entering the builiding, and was an easy process. Everything was really clean and the location was perfect with the subway a short walking distance and lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. "
