The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

This hotel was in a wonderful location! It is close to the palaces, the park, convenient to the subway and busses. It is quieter than other locations we’ve stayed in Seoul. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic. If you’re looking for an upscale experience, do this. It’s right on Myeongdong, so if you want to go there, this is your hotel. It’s a smaller hotel but it’s a luxury hotel. While we were visiting the roof, had Jackie Chans car from one of his movies, they had borrowed it so we took some pictures there, which was pretty cool. Room was immaculate, staff was amazing and so helpful. We didn't park so can't speak to that, but the service at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and very convenient but PRICEY so if you want to do that, make sure you book a package where it is included. We loved being next to Lotte World park, the subway station and mall. Would 100% stay here again.

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....

There is a luggage storage service available before check-in time or after checkout, free of charge. The rooms are kept clean and peaceful, and the Korean front desk staff can communicate in English. The Korean housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly. We did not have the chance to try the breakfast, gym, or laundry facilities. I've been traveling to Seoul for 26 years and the staff at this hotel were far and away the best I've ever encountered. The room was great, but there's no real need to pay extra for a "higher level" room. I stayed in two rooms, and they were both clean, quiet, and fairly room for Korean hotel standards.

Amazing staff and beautiful location. Felt very welcome and safe. Recommendations for this location at the highest-ranking hotels I stayed in. My small quam would be to check for any dirty spots on the toilet area.

What a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful even though we speak no Korean. We used the executive lounge and it was wonderful!
