โWe are from Canada and stayed at Hotel A9 in Barnala for several weeks. Would highly recommend or overseas customers looking for a nice place to stay while in India. The hotel staff were accommodating , the place was clean and service was at international levels. Breakfast was included in our stay and the servers were pleasant and extremely helpful.โ

Service was attentive. The property is brand new and the team is working hard to optimize the guest experience.
The gym is sufficient. We did not use the spa services. The pool is picturesque.
We enjoyed a chef orchestrated meal at the restaurant which was well done.

โThe hotel was extremely unclean and dirty. When I arrived to the hotel there was a gross black liquid substance all over the bathroom floor and toilet and used feminine hygiene pads laying next to the toilet on the floor. I also found a huge cockroach climbing on top of my suitcase, and there were ant/termite colonies on the walls of the room.
