"They said they did not have my booking noted in their system and turn me away. The staff don't speak English, I had to call the manager who basically told me to leave even after showing them the booking confirmation from Hotels.com "

"The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number."

"Awful. AVOID! We arrived after booking and paying online to the reception wanting more payment due to the room we booked now being occupied... After a lengthy dispute we agreed as we had just areived after a long slewper ride. We get to the room and its the most disgusting room i have ever been ever and ive travelled many places. Avoid at all costs! "
