“Check in was smooth and easy to access. It’s in the heart of the older part of the city full of charm. The residence was clean and comfortable. ”

“The property was beautiful and the food, delicious. The one thing was that since it is up in the mountains the walking was very hilly and difficult to wonder around and explore the area. Staff especially the Matitre d/waiter, he went out of his way to help. We had to catch the early bus on our last day (6:30 am) he offered to make us a care package of sandwiches/fruit and water to take with us, which was so nice and welcomed.”

“Nice breakfast, Nice room and kind staff. And no problem with late checkin-!! I got free room upgrade-!! I think my credit card charged before I arrived, and I payed full charge of my room when I checked out. So, I just wonder when my credit card charge will be cancelled? Thank you.”

“Great location in old town. Close to bus stop. You can take bus 10 11 12 to train or walk in a few minutes Kid but clean and charming. Had shower in room just WC in separate rooms Great breakfast ”

“After two-week adventure, we stayed our last night in Europe at Hotel Hofbalzers. After a long driving day, we were happy to stretch our legs with a walk through the neighborhood to the old church and castle, both in view of the balcony off our hotel room. Then, we enjoyed a very nice dinner on-site at the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful; the room clean and comfortable; and a lovely breakfast to send us off. Highly recommended!”
