Great Location, but this property should follow Hilton standards. You are charging good, but did kot keep the property clean. Cars parked and no drivers at the entrance. No attendee to help with bags. Staff inside at reception are very nice. Hilton quality is not here..

Their AC in the rooms and the lobby and restaurant seem to go out a lot during the heatwave. Bad time for no air conditioning. The room I had wasn’t properly cleaned each day so I had a dirty bathroom. Great location by the main museum and by a AVM mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. The message lady in the spa did a great job.

Room was clean and spacious. There is a pool with jacuzzi downstairs, but small. Breakfast was OK, fruits and salads, bread and jams, omelette station. Located across the street from the Sanliurfa Museum (excellent) and a bus stop where you can catch a bus to Gobekli Tepe. Also near a mall.

Virkelig dårlig hotel ophold. Forfærdeligt! Beskidt værelse, støvet borde, hår på toiletpapiret og meget mere! Der var sat body lotion istedet for håndsæbe ved vasken! Og det blev kun værre! Vi bliver forgiftet med cigaretlugt kl.00 om natten og kl. 8 om morgenen! Vi åbner vinduet for at trække vejret men så fryser vi hele natten, da der er ingen dyner! Det er forbudt at ryge men stanket kommer åbenbart igennem ventilationen (a/c var lukket)! Døde insekter ved sovebordet! 5 stjernet er oplevelsen ihvertfald ikke! Uforglemmelig dårlig oplevelse! Sidste gang vi vælger Hilton !
