Hôtel de qualité.

Hôtel de qualité à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. La chambre est très agréable. Un parking est disponible (10€). Nous n’avons pas besoin de la voiture. Un loueur de vélo est à côté de l’hôtel. C’est très agréable pour la promenade au bord de la mer. Le petit déjeuner est un peu trop simple mais il est apprécié. Je trouve le tarif de la chambre trop élevé pour la saison.

Bra hotell med bra läge

Ett väldigt trevligt hotell med mycket trevlig personal och ägare! Rummen var ganska enkla men rena och välskötta! Läget var toppen, nära till stranden och bodde man på hotellet hade man rabatt på flera beachclubs i närheten! Mycket bra frukost med gott italiensk kaffe !

San Remo experience

Hotel was very clean throughout. Rooms were a good size and well equipped. We stayed four nights and the sheets were changed after second night. Very good. Rooms were well serviced every day by helpful staff. Nothing was a bother to staff. They were helpful and considerate always. I’ve stayed there a number of times and will go back again.

A fuire !

A fuire ! La direction de l hôtel a refusé d honorer notre réservation pour la simple raison que le prix n était soit disant pas le bon ! Nous avions réservé 1 nuit comprenant le dîner et le petit-déjeuner pour 2 (c était bien spécifié qu il s agissait d une promotion mais eux ont refusé car ce n était pas assez cher !!! ) Résultat nous sommes arrivés à l hôtel à 20h20, on nous a fait poireauter 1h dans l entrée de l hôtel avec notre bébé de 6 mois... tout ça pour qu au final on nous propose une chambre, identique à celle réservée, plus chère que sur le site et sans le dîner !!! On nous a même pas proposé une chambre mieux exposé en compensation de notre patience ni rien du tout ! Et pour couronner le tout on nous a refusé l accès au restaurant de l hôtel (puisque le temps d attendre la décision finale il était trop tard ! Alors qu on aurait pu manger en attendant la décision et cela nous aurait évité de ressortir à 21h30 pour chercher un endroit pour manger avec notre bébé de 6 mois dans la poussette dans le froid !!! ) et on nous a indiqué un restaurant fermé pour travaux ! La blague... Donc si j étais vous, je refuserai d aller dans un hôtel qui refuse d honorer les réservations de ses clients (dont ils se foutent éperdument) alors que les clients ne sont pas à l origine du soit disant problème émanant du site de réservation. Je suis outrée de voir ce genre de comportement intolérable de la part d un gérant d hôtel. Le client n y est pour rien, c est à lui d assumer!

Un début de séjour chaotique en ayant au départ un RDV le 20 modifié le 13, une chambre de 3 personnes dont 1 enfant avec 1 grand lit et un lit d’une personne, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 1 chambre de 2 avec 1 petit lit enfant sans vue mer, finalement avec un supplément de 30 euro une chambre avec en plus un canapé convertible nous a été proposé, bien à vous

Das Frühstücks Buffet und das Abendessen ist zu ein Tönig, alles zu einfach gemacht ! um irgendwie Kosten zu sparen ! Essen können wir leider nicht empfehlen ! sonst Zimmer okay 👍 und Parkplatz,Autos werden jeden Tag vom Personal umgestellt !! und dafür Zahlt man pro Tag 07. € !!! Wenn man Glück hat kommt man ohne Kratzer davon ! und kein eigener Strand Abschnitt vom Hotel .Man muss immer fast 30 € für einen ganzen Tag am Strand Bezahlen !! Wahnsinn ! aber das Personal im Hotel ist sehr Freundlich . Aber wir kommen nicht wieder,da die Nebenkosten viel zu Teuer waren !

un buon albergo in ottima posizione per il mare

l'albergo si trova in una ottima posizione proprio alle spalle della prima fila di palazzi che si affacciano sul mare. la stanza era piccola ma ben curata e pulita adeguatamente. gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben tenuti il parcheggio è limitato rispetto alle stanze e va assolutamente prenotato la colazione abbastanza basica ma sufficiente con personale molto cortese e disponibile

Week end à Sanremo

Hotel bien situé par rapport au centre ville,personnel aux petits soins, excellente literie, petit déjeuner de qualité et en prime j'ai rarement vu un hotel aussi propre et aussi bien entretenu. Seul bémol peut être nous avions une chambre sur la rue principale et malgré les doubles fenêtres la circulation m'a dérangé. Mais j'ai le sommeil léger !

Bella struttura, molto pulita.

Bella struttura, camere e luoghi comuni molto puliti ed ottima colazione. L’unico aspetto negativo è l’elevata rumorosità delle camere che affacciano direttamente sulla strada, non è possibile aprire le finestre a causa del baccano dovuto al traffico.
