Grand Palladium Select Palace Ibiza - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great welcome when arriving at reception. Our room was ok but slightly tired. We had a wet room which unfortunately leaked through to the main bedroom. We mentioned this to reception who agreed to move us the next day. We were then moved in the afternoon to a beautiful room. The TV in this room had no sound but it did not ruin our stay. It was just a shame we couldn't listen to music whilst getting ready. The food was varried with a good selection of choice The mini bar was mostly well stocked. We usually stay at the Hard Rock which is very expensive and longer a Hard Rock. All in all this was a fab hotel and most likely to return over the now Bless Hotel. The value for money with the All Inclusive was worth the change."

"Reception staff were really friendly, quick to check in/out. They were let down by 1 staff member who was very rude when I tried to get some water. Felt like I was being told off because 'the water is just to welcome guests, not to fill up bottles'. A sign would be good to avoid embarrassment. My friend had the same experience with the same staff member. Very disappointing. Lovely pool area that got the sun all day. Plenty of cushioned sunlounges around the pool and on the terrace. Bar and table service by the pool with a lovely food van, although we didn't get to try it. Several bars inc. Sunset chillout bar with stunning sunset view, great DJ and lovely cocktails. We were half board with buffet Breakfast and Dinner. I'm a vegetarian and worry about choice but the food was excellent and so many veggie options with everything clearly marked. Chefs on hand making food on request e.g. omelettes for breakfast. Service from all restaurant staff was amazing. The restaurant was huge with tables outside with sea views. Only things that let this hotel down was terrible lighting in our rooms. The bedroom and bathroom were both poorly lit. The bedroom had a dim strip light by the entrance, a dim light above the dresser (which had no mirror) and 2 dim bedside lights. Only light in bathroom was 2x overhead bulbs directly above the mirror so shower was dark and impossible to see clearly to do your make-up. Massive mirror in bedroom which was great, but again the lighting was terrible."

"La parte de hotel, una maravilla, el restaurant un espectáculo en la gente que trabaja ahí la comida es deliciosa. Le agradezco muchísimo la atención que tuvieron durante los 20 días que estuve hospedada en este lugar de verdad que se lo recomiendo en su lugar donde te sentís en familia limpio la gente que te atiende es amable, te sonríe todo el tiempo me quedé con un gusto muy lindo de este lugar se los recomiendo. En todas las formas quiero mandarle saludos desde lejos les deseo lo mejor a todos los integrantes del hotel. Gracias por todo. Muchas saludos al de seguridad desde Miami, Shirley y Hanna"
