I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at the property. The location is very convenient, situated within walking distance of many local restaurants and shops. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was quite good, offering a large variety of options to choose from. The rooms, while very small, were comfortable. However, the hotel has very poor sound insulation. Starting at 8:00 AM, noise from cleaning in the alley in front of the building as well as staff inside the facility is clearly audible. If you are a light sleeper, this property may not be the best fit. Overall, I would rate the stay at three stars at best.

Great for beach access right in the middle Hotel late check in was very slow & they gave us a room against all my requests - balcony had no privacy the neighbours could see into your room terrible so we couldn’t even keep the blinds open was meant to be sea view not neighbours view lol

This is the second time I'm staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back,wonderful hotel, very clean, good food, amazing swimming pool, friendly staff especially Marga who I have corresponded with her by email before our arrival with some special request and she made sure that they were all arranged.

I thought Joan at the front desk was spectacular. He went above my expectations. I was unhappy with the fact that the designated smoking area was right when you walked in the entrance. YUCK! I was unhappy with the toilet paper. So Coarse that it caused some health issues. I had the worst sports massage for 50 euros in my life. As a massage therapist myself, the woman had no training about the body and how the muscles attach. Don't get a massage here. The breakfast buffet was spectacular but the dinner buffet required you to pay extra for drinks, even Water! 3 euros For the money I spent, I was disappointed overall

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t believe it is a 4 star hotel. Room was advertised as sea view and view was very restricted. Room was tiny could barely walk around. The bed seemed like it was about to break not comfortable at all. The toilet seat was shaky and the toilet mirror looked like it had mold on it. But worst of all the costumer service was horrendous. I have never seen more miserable staff. Could sense the hate of tourists from a mile away. I don’t recommend at all , stay away If you want an enjoyable holiday. Only good thing about it is the location as it’s close by to shops and beach but that’s about it.

Nice Hotel. We had a pleasant holiday and stayed for 11 days. Everything from check in to the check out went smooth, due to the very friendly personnel. Location is nice, the beach is directly across the pool, two beach lounges sun shade for the day cost 14€, small saves for your belongings included. Half board was nice, breakfast and dinner were always in the nice buffet restaurant. As we are following a vegan diet, it was a little harder for us to find a lot, but we did not suffer :). Breakfast could have had a little more variety, very many meat options and mostly everything else with cheese on top or similar, so for this it was mostly bread (nice variety though) tomatoes/jam. There are plant based milk options plus cereal though. Dinner was noticeably better though! Sometimes very nice options with vegetable paella or plant based curry, but nit always very clearly labeled, so beware of that. Service was perfect. Very friendly. Pool area was nice, nothing unexpected and due to being adult-only - very quiet. Animation program was not our taste moste of the time, maybe more for an older audience, although also nice, and you could see that they made an effort to entertain ;). Lots of possibilities for drinks and food in the area, Gelats Garau for vegan ice! Very much a recommendation! All in all, a very pleasant stay and we would come back.

Die direkte Lage zum Strand und das Frühstück waren super. Zimmer waren sauber. Allerdings ist es auf der einen Seite zur Honkytonk Bar bis Nachts sehr laut, da es hier fast täglich Live-Musik gibt. Aus diesem Grund würde ich das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Nach unserer Ankunft haben wir zwei Nächte lang nicht geschlafen, da die Klimaanlage extrem geklappert hat. Die Verpflegung war ebenfalls eher schlecht als recht, und gelegentlich war das Geschirr schmutzig. Im Vergleich zu einem anderen Hipotels-Hotel, in dem wir bereits zweimal waren, war dieses Hotel ausgesprochen schlecht. Das einzig Gute waren die Betten: Sie waren fest und nicht durchgelegen.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt. Insgesamt hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr bequeme Bett, in dem wir hervorragend geschlafen haben. Auch das Personal war jederzeit äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir haben uns herzlich willkommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Alles in allem ein Hotel das seinen Zweck erfüllt, nahe am Strand, viele Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Am Tag ist es etwas schwieriger mit den Parkplätzen, aber abends findet man leicht einen Parkplatz.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Hotel liegt zentral und das Zimmer mit Meeresblick war einfach hervorragend. Es gibt auch genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Allgemein für Entspannung ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.
