"Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent. L'hôtel se fait vieux et quelques commodités ne marchent pas bien tel que le mini frigo sans notre chambre. La chambre était super propre et le ménage est fait très tôt au quotidien. Je recommande mais ce n'est pas du luxe m!"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must visit if staying here."
