"Questa è una piccola struttura a conduzione familiare. La colazione era piuttosto buona. C'era un grazioso cortile antistante. Sì, hanno un piccolo parcheggio, ma ho dovuto parcheggiare in strada. Per entrare nella struttura e nella camera servivano tre chiavi separate, e ho avuto difficoltà a far funzionare la chiave della mia camera, quindi non sono uscita per cena per paura di rimanere chiusa fuori, dato che ero una donna che viaggiava da sola."

"We had a great time staying at this place for more than two weeks, which was made possible by an affordable price. Charming room in a 200 years old building in the center of Iglesias. Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. "The apartment itself was acceptable inside, but cleanliness was clearly lacking. The building and surrounding area looked extremely run-down – more like Chernobyl than a vacation property. There was an active construction site directly beneath our balcony, causing constant noise and disruption. Most concerning was the balcony railing: the bars had an approximate 15 cm gap, which is a serious safety hazard for small children – they could easily fall through. This is completely unacceptable. "This was the worse hotel/bnb experience of our lives and we've stayed in 100s of places. No one was there to greet us. We called and over the phone they told us to go in the house and find a room. The doors were open for anyone on the street to walk in. It was raining and water was coming in thru the open doors which we spent 15 minutes cleaning up. "We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are really welcoming and friendly, it was particularly nice to meet Rodney who spoke perfect English and introduced us to some wonderful new drinks while we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located overlooking the beach and so as you fall asleep you can listen to the waves. It’s a perfect base for exploring some of the adjacent islands and trips to Porto Flavia. We had such a good time, we forgot to take shots of the room, but the best thing is the photos on the website are representative of the hotel. Go on… book it! "
