"Property is nice. Room was not so great. It was a two queen typical hotel room and the bathroom has a slider door that is a full inch or two away from the wall it slides on so when it's "closed" you can see right through the crack into the bathroom. If you're standing in the all glass shower, anyone in 1/3 of the room can hardly avoid seeing you. This is how it's designed. It's not broken. It's extra stupid because it's a double bed room so odds are good people sleeping in those separate beds don't want to shower or use the toilet in front of the other guest(s). It was a modern room so I assume it's the "new version" and the other rooms are all the same. There was also construction going on at the hotel and lots of banging and machine tools going on early morning and early evening (we were gone during the day but I bet there was noise all day). Great location though. I like to run and there is a great running path from here all the way to Castillo San Felipe Del Morro. I didn't have time to try the pool or beach, which was really crowded in the day."

"Bed Bugs!! Worst hotel in the planet. Carpets are stained. Walls are thin, location is terrible. Rooms are beyond small and outdated but no matter what, the worse is I came back home eaten by bed bugs had to throw my clothes away "

"This is a great property. Not too far from old San Juan! The front desk was very helpful and nice! The outside bar is awesome! Just an all around great property! Beans and rice were awesome! "
