Hilton Santa Clara offers spacious, modern rooms and excellent amenities, with professional and accommodating staff. However, its location is not very convenient for dining options if you don't have a car. Despite this, the hotel's proximity to Levi's Stadium and Great America makes it a great choice for both business and leisure stays.
Other than the outside grounds seemed to be a bit neglected, the hotel felt used and the rooms dated.
Overall the experience was good, but when booking at a full service Hilton, we expect a high level of service and surroundings
Room was clean and very comfortable. Beds were full size, just a bit too small but manageable. Restaurant was overpriced for mediocre food, better to just use Doordash or Grubhub if you want convenience. Overall it was a nice stay and surroundings felt safe and were also clean. I will likely stay here again if ever in the area.

I don’t know how clean my room was since my sheets smelled like body odor. I was disgusted and didn’t feel like I was in a clean room.

Clean and comfortable, but expect to spend more.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
But, the “incidentals” deposit is ridiculous. I stay at several hotels throughout the year, and they’re one of the few that charge an additional amount beyond what the room costs.
The fact that you charge for parking is absolutely ridiculous. It should already be included in the cost of the room. At more than $150 a night, there’s zero reason you’re gouging customers an additional $20 a night for parking. It’s just a money grab tactic. And it’s one that many hotels don’t participate in as they include parking in the cost.
The shower also made a vibrating noise the hotter you put the water. Super annoying for those of us that enjoy a hot shower.

Thank you for the feedback about your most recent stay with us. We do have an incidental deposit that is 50 per day and gets returned at check out if not used. We do not keep this deposit it is only an incidental hold. The parking charge can be included in the rate if booked with that rate package.
