Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Only downside was lack of shelving in bathroom. Staff very helpful. Could be a bit noisy if there is something on in the nearby square

Well located with easy access to what most people would like to do on a first trip to Tenerife. The room was fine without having anything truly special to recommend it more: clean & comfortable but no extra amenities to make it stand out. The staff were all helpful and accommodating and we appreciated their help. Good solid choice.

Convenient location

One night stay. Well located, about 15min from main bus station, and just around the corner of the main shopping area in SC. Very basic and clean room, espacious bathroom, excellent wi-fi connection. Breakfast served in the the hotel across the street with very good service. Good value for money with this hotel for sure.

We got a double room at the top floor and it had a huge balcony! Very good conditions and spacious room! The shower was a bit tight in space for someone as tall as me, but other than this, the room was very good. The only thing that would have it even better would be if the room had air conditioning. It only had a floor fan which helps but isn’t great. We’ll definitely consider coming back, but if you suffer from heat during summer, just note there are other options in the area that do have air conditioning in case you really need it.

Small rooms, very noisy, hot and stuffy

Very very noisy! On Saturday night we were unable to even consider going to sleep before 1am. No view to speak of. The room was very small with very little workspace for luggage. On the plus side it was clean and the staff friendly. Nice location being in the city centre.

Basic accommodation in a really hot loud room but at least there was a fan. The window opened onto a square shaft which had slamming unattended windows with the thankful breeze that went straight down for 8 stories. Some rooms appeared to have balconies but maybe not through Expedia. It was pretty scary having the window open as it was at waist height and close to the bed. The area right near the hotel is at the heart of the old city which is spectacular!!! If you don’t mind a non air con room , I guarantee you will love the location in probably the the most compact old beautiful city that I have ever been in.

Worst night ever!!

Overnight stay in Santa Cruz with my Wife - Hotel beds were terrible - Asked for double-Got singles and mine tipped over in the night sending me sprawling to the floor. Room was uber basic, far too hot and sweaty and the ceiling fan made next to no difference. Had to open all windows and listen to street noise all night to be able to breathe. Bathroom very tired with hairs in the bath and an absolutely useless shower. Also, bathroom window was essentially hanging off. Overall decor poor with fresh paint just brushed on over old, flaking paint, plaster. Terrible night and in no way would I recommend this hotel to anyone.
