Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again!

The staff was really helpful and the hotel itself was nice. We had an issue with our room and they upgraded us to a nicer room. The breakfast buffet was normal for a hotel soggy bacon and sloppy scrambled eggs. I would stay away from their onsite restaurant Cayote. First they didn't have an basic item on the menu, then they screwed up the order and forgot to bring cutlery. It was not a very good experience.

Lovely hotel near the centre and across from a lovely park that has two great cafe/bar. Hotel was spotlessly clean and rooftop pool area a great bonus .

Hotel Taburiente, Santa Cruz - Excellent

Our stay as a couple was excellent. There were only a couple of minor things that we found not good was that there were no where reachable to hang your bath towels, there was no soap dish in the bathroom and also there were no places to hang up dresses and longer items of clothing. Other than those few things everything was fantastic - 100%. The food was superb. We definitely would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.

Great Stay

Lovely hotel opposite the park…fantastic breakfast great food and great choice. Only concern was the air con in the room was not the best. Nice central location very close to city centre. The roof terrace was nice.

Nice hotel by a really good park.

Excellent location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Parking was not easy to find on the street, or book with the hotel. They have a few places in their own car park. We used the underground car park just down the road. €12/day but easy to find and there was always a place. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Great location, cozy hotel

Very nice, small cozy city hotel in a nice district with many restaurants in the area overlooking a beautiful park. Beautiful roof top terrace and pool. Gym is small but works well. The garage is not practical since it is very small and difficult to maneuver in, especially if you have a larger car. Staff is helpful and rooms are OK.

The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was superlative with a lot of choice in both savoury and sweets. The gym on the terrace was great as well as the swimming pool area. The room and the bathrooms were very basic and furniture was quite old and would require updating. The staff was rude and not professional.

Great location & staff, clean but a bit tired.

Great location and friendly service. However, the sink in our room was chipped and the wooden counter was water-damaged. The shower temperature fluctuated rapidly from cool to scalding. The jacuzzi looked great but was too cold to be comfy and the gym was poorly equipped with machines (tho good selection of free weights etc) and the stepper did not work.

Unfortunately the photos of the room we ordered did not match the reality. There are different types of the “garden view” room, and the ones you see on the pictures are just 2 out of 8. The rooms are quite dated. We had to change our room because the aircon broke down. The breakfast was very mediocre. The only outstanding facility is the pool and the gym on the roof top. It is amazing.

The hotel is located right at the edge of a beautifulf park. Excellent location close to the city center though. Breakfast was o.k., if you like cold eggs, because there was no installation to keep it warm. When the hotel is full, the breakfast room was a bid chaotic, but this was not the fault of the staff, they were simply too few, to clear all tables, refill the supplies, and welcome guests. My criticism is more a message to the management. Though I am not thinking that this will change anything. The room was very clean, well served, but more standard, than superior.

Not as described.

They give us a room that was not as seen online. They also give us a room that was 2 single beds even though they asked whether 2 singles or a double. Room was small and nothing like the photos. Also room was not ready even after they told us to return at 2pm, which we believe is when they just give us any old room. Location of the hotel is not great, not close to any bars etc. We ended up checking out a day earlier and finding another hotel to stay in. Pool area was very nice however very quiet and often overcrowded.
