She suggested local restaurant to try and helped us to find a last minute replacement tour early morning as our got cancelled late at night! We were able to leave our luggages there while we went to a half day tour, even after check out time. I highly recommend staying here! ”

“For anyone looking for a small beautiful hidden gem resort close to San Ignacio, I'd highly recommend Villa Massis in Bullet Tree Falls! It's only a quick 10 min drive into San Ignacio. We had a 2-bedroom suite for the 4 of us and it was perfect. We booked airport transportation, transfer to Placencia, several rides into San Ignacio and all of our tours with them. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us.”

“The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Ceiling fan and AC were a huge plus for the warmer nights. Loved the rooftop for hanging out and having breakfast. They even had clotheslines to help dry shoes and clothes after excursions. It is noisy at night but that is San Ignacio in general, not the hotel’s fault.
