Our experience was absolutely positive. the house is literally 10 meters from the beach, on the last day I went down to the sea barefoot. There are no air conditioners but they provided us with 2 fans so as not to suffer from the heat during the night. the house has everything you need to be comfortable. Can Picafort is a truly splendid town, the sea is wonderful and the promenade full of places to drink and eat well is right outside the house. We are very satisfied, the only negative note is having to leave.

Apartment was cheap in the high season. Small. I ve asked for iron and I didn’t get any, same as xtra towels. Room was stinky. No air conditioning so was hot I mean really hot. Not recommended this place. Pay xtra money and get hotel. The only good thing is easy communication with staff through what’s up.

Das Apartment, welches wir hatten war wirklich ruhig gelegen. Problematisch war das duschen in der Badewanne direkt an einem Fenster. Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht. Es war aber nur Bettzeug und Handtücher für 3 Personen da. So das wir in der ersten Nacht in einem kleinen Bette zu zweit schlafen mussten. Das geht garnicht. Der Vermieter hat auch am nächsten Tag nicht auf unsere Anfrage per Mail reagiert. Wir haben ihn dann zufällig am späten Nachmittag getroffen und er hat uns dann die 4.Garnitur ausgehändigt. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Für 3 Tage war es o.k. einen längeren Urlaub möchte ich dort nicht verbringen.

Geht so

Man sollte die Nummer anrufen die hier angezeigt wird, sonst wartet man vergebens auf Antwort vom Vermieter. Dass sich eine Disco im Haus befindet wussten wir und nach 3 Tagen haben wir uns an die Bässe gewöhnt. Die Lage ist top. Direkt an der Promenade. Es könnten mal neue Möbel und Küchenutensilien angeschafft werden. Auch im Bad wäre eine Runderneuerung nicht schlecht. Aber wenn man da nur schlafen möchte ich es ausreichend.

Sehr Zentral und Strandnah.

Beschreibung erhalten per email war genau richtig. Einfach zu finden. Apartment war sauber und hat alles was man braucht da: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, und Küche Utensilien. Für die Fernbedienung wird eine Kaution verlangt, was Problemlos auch gewesen war. Nur ein paar Meter von Strand entfernt, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Das einzige Aber, ist der Lärm wegen die Disco im EG. Sonst hat alles gepasst.

Brutta esperienza. Odore di muffa all'ingresso dello stabile. Aspettate quando entrate nell'appartamento: odore di chiuso misto a fogna. E non è finita. Fornelli arrugginiti con 2 piastre tra cui una non funzionante e l'altra che non scaldava nemmeno l'acqua per la pasta, una sola pentola arrugginita per cucinare (siamo stati costretti a comprare tutto), posate arrugginite e sporche, microonde arrugginito all'interno. Pulizia inesistente! Unto ovunque che nemmeno pulendo con ammoniaca veniva via. Lavandino del bagno intasato. Vetrata di accesso al balcone rotta (non indicato per i bambini). MAI PIÙ! Sconsigliatissimo! Anche i vicini di appartamento dello stesso stabile si sono trovati nelle stesse condizioni

Appartment gut strandnah aber sehr laut nachts

Das Appartment war geräumig und prima eingeteilt, aber im Keller des Hauses ist eine Disko und im EG eine Bar. Das heisst das es zwischen 1.00 nachts und 6.00 nachts laut war, obwohl die anderen Bars in der Nähe um 0.30 die Musik ausmachen mussten.... Für Partyfreaks top aber für eine Familie nicht so geeignet. Lage ist strandnah und toll aber der Lärm und die Besoffenen ringsrum nicht so schön...

Never again

Me and my family arrived around midnight and there was no reception to check-in. I had to go to the inside the disco and ask for the keys wich is on ground floor e left my family outside full of drunk people around them. There is no air conditioner and the noises was loud Every night. Could not sleep at all. People shouting, screaming and fighting outside your window. Very disappointing. Never Never Never Again!!! 26/08/2017.
