The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of just about everything in Santa Margherita. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming—love these guys!! The rooftop lounge is a wonderful feature, offering picturesque views of the surrounding countryside and a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Another wonderful feature is their breakfast menu offerings—too many to list, but trust me—very delicious. There is something for everyone! I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

We had the most incredible stay at the Minerva , it’s an absolute gem of an hotel - we were so lucky to have found it . The staff of this family run hotel are fantastic, so helpful with everything and anything you might need. It’s very seldom that I eat breakfast in a hotel always opting to venture out , but the food was so good. The attention to detail everywhere in the hotel is amazing . Small personal touches to make your stay so memorable and enjoyable. The rooftop deck and plunge pool along with the steam and sauna are an incredible plus . The rooms are fabulous and incredibly clean . The recommendations for eating out and activities were perfetto ! I’ll definitely be going back.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Came with a friend and the front desk staff were so lovely. Frederica gave us fantastic recommendations for everything we asked for, including local spots that weren’t so crowded. Can’t recommend this hotel more, very centrally located! You must try the focaccia down the street :)

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Minerva and could not have been happier with the experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. They truly jumped at every opportunity to help us and made us feel very well taken care of. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were when we requested a room change and later asked to extend our stay for additional nights. Everything was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The level of service made our stay feel effortless and memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend Hotel Minerva to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding staff and service.

Wonderful stay

A wonderful hotel, very clean, not far from the sea, great breakfast options and a rooftop terrace with amazing views of the harbour. All staff were friendly and helpful but special thanks to Federica who had great knowledge of the local area how to get to different places and things to see. She was also very helpful with arranging our travel back to the airport .

We booked this hotel last minute on our travel back to France from Venice and we are SO happy we found it. The staff were wonderful and attentive and helpful. The terrace and pool was lovely with a gorgeous view of the sea and a small gym. The morning breakfast was beautiful and generous and the garden patio we sat in was beautiful. We wish we could stay longer but will absolutely be back. Thank you to the staff for hosting us and making this stay so memorable and relaxing. Highly recommend. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable and we had a cute balcony with a view as well. Air conditioning worked great. Very easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I don’t often take time to write reviews but this hotel very much deserved it. Thank you thank you :) we will definitely be back and will be staying much longer.

Check in was friendly, informative & helpful. Above & beyond to help with train information. Really nice boutique style of room which are spacious and clean with a large shower. Great location about 15 mins from station. We enjoyed the rooftop area for relaxing in the late afternoon & used the complimentary coffee & water provided. Will return

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. Staff very helpful. in a convenient position. Parking the car in the garage was really good. Breakfast was extremely good. Definitely would recommend.

A most perfect stay

So perfect, we EXTENDED our stay in Santa Margherita just to remain at the hotel. The best breakfast, most helpful staff, large bright room, much outdoor sitting places, roof terrace, perfect WIFI, Eng. language TV ... I can go on and on. Belive me, you will love it.

Hotel Minerva is perfectly located for walking into town to the shops and restaurants but also away from the noise set a few streets back. The staff at the hotel are just amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and there was a good selection to choose from. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here (and I am a fussy guest!)

Hôtel agréable dans un joli village

Hôtel bien situé, possédant un parking privé fermé. La petite chambre est suffisante et pratique. Le personnel est à l’écoute et parle français. Plusieurs petits bars dans le village ,mention spéciale au Sabot. Aller à Portofino à pied (5 km plat) en longeant la côte permet de profiter de beaux paysages et de découvrir le village de belle manière. Le retour à Santa Margherita en bateau est une bonne option. Personnellement j’ai préféré loger à Santa Margherita et aller à Portofino que l’inverse . Portofino est très esthétique, un décor de cinéma, mais tout petit, les tarifs sont plus élevés et il y a énormément de touristes. Mais c’est incontournable !
