The hotel looks old but don't discount it if you're looking for a short term stay. The rooms are small and clean. The bed is comfortable. Very good WiFi. The breakfast is better than basic and staff was excellent in providing service.

Excellent Stay with Great Service

We really enjoyed our stay at the ibis Porto Sul. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner there (pasta and pizza) and it was great. The beer choices were better than most other ibis hotels. The room itself was clean and the overall hotel was quiet. Our in-room coffee machine was broken but they provided an espresso shot in the morning at no cost. We would definitely stay there again if we were exploring the Porto/Aveiro area or visiting the nearby conference center.

Os funcionarios é o serviço sao muito bons , mas a qualifiée do hotel não é muito boa, a agua da ducha saia sempre suja, tinha que deixar a tir eita aberra durante muito tempo para limpair. Wir haben das Zimmer spontan gebucht, das Fenster musste wegen der Lautstärke zu bleiben, das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig und insgesamt dürfte man mal wieder in Renovierung investieren. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend und das Personal freundlich.

Camas confortables y personal muy amable

Lo mejor su personal, son amables e intentan informarte de todo. El hotel en sí está un poco anticuado, pero las camas que nos tocaron a nosotros eran estupendas, descansamos bien. La piscina suficiente para darse un chapuzón y descansar. El desayuno bueno y abundante. No comimos allí pues salimos a ver los alrededores y encima eran las fiestas medievales en Santa María da Feira, un atractivo más o un inconveniente, porque para entrar a la parte antigua era obligatoria una pulsera que valía entre 7 y 14 €, aunque si entras antes de las 12 de la mañana puedes aprovechar y no pagar esa entrada. Al castillo tienes que ir sí o sí, merece la pena sus 4€ de entrada. Nuestra experiencia ha sido gratificante.
