Excellent service, very friendly and professional, good buffet food, no too expensive, safe, panoramic room view, clean, very well maintained, excellent location, close of Bahia, Lovers' Park, pier marina and more. I've been back several times and definitely I will continue to recommend it.

Nice hotel. Very clean, breakfast was great and the staff was accommodating. Only complaint I have is that is was very noisy at night due to the wind. It’s very windy in Santa Marta in December (not sure about other months) because the sliding door glass door to the balcony wouldn’t latch shut. Also, the staff wasn’t very helpful in assisting us with transportation from Santa Marta to Barranquilla. We flew into and out of Barranquilla. Other than that everything was fine.

The only thing i didnt like was there was no hot water in the shower 2 of the 3 days i was there. For the prices there should be hot water, taking a cold shower is not my idea of good accommodation. Otherwise its a fantastic hotel staff and other amenities are first class

Lovely stay in Santa Marta

We enjoyed the hotel and pool very much. Breakfast had a nice selection. Only negative is that you can’t get a good cup of tea.

The staff was excellent, especially Yohan at the front desk. The facility is really clean and the people that work there treat you very nicely. my only negative has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but Expedia described the rooms as much larger than they are. Expedia let us down in that area. They told us the room size would be much larger than it was when we arrived. But besides that issue with Expedia, the hotel was very good and the people are very nice at work there. Overall a nice hotel but with smaller rooms and Expedia told us they would be.
