The room was clean and efficient. The view from the corner room balcony on the 11th floor was great and we LOVED the rooftop infinity pool, bar, live music and DJ vibes. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff was the highlight of my stay, from Linda and Dangela to the guys at the rooftop bar (forgot their names). Valentina at check-in was also super service oriented which made me feel welcome. The food was also worth the price given the high quality.

The hotel has everything you need in one place, the hotel is beautiful, the pools are gorgeous, make sure to catch sundown in the rooftop pool! The food was amazing! The beach, the staff gets 5 stars as well! I have no complains! will def go back and stay here!

Beautiful hotel, away from town. Extremely helpful doormen. Beautiful ocean view/. My only negative was I arranged 4 days thru expedia and on day 2 asked if I would stay 2 more days. They told me I would have to check out, wait until 3 and check back in. This would be for M-W stay. They definitely were not fully booked. Neither could they give me a price thru them for the added two days. Also, I asked to keep a pool towel for a tour to Tayrona which left before towel check out was open and they refused, saying I would be charged and they don’t loan towels for tours. I went to Minca for my last two days instead and that was a great choice! It all worked out but did leave a bad taste for the unhelpful front desk staff.
