Lieber nicht nochmal.
Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen. Beim Herrn am Checkin muss man sich fast entschuldigen ihn beim Youtube schauen zu stören. Die Matratzen mit Plastik überzug lassen einem in der Nacht wansinnig schwitzen. Sonst ok, schönes Frühstück auf dem Dach!

Todo parecía muy bien...estuvimos 2 noches..desde el primer día apareció un bicho en la habitación. Al otro día otros 3 (cucarachas) lo que si me sorprendió porque las habitaciones están aparentemente limpias. Puede ser x q los alrededores se observan zonas descuidadas. Otra situación es q no hay disponibles toallas para el secado de manos. Por otro lado el personal muy amable.

El hotel es agradable, limpio, buena predisposición de la gente.
Lo malo a mi punto de vista, no cuentan con una heladera, siendo un lugar con altas temperaturas, uno necesita refrescarse con bebidas frías, y sólo las encontrabas en estado natural. Además te cobran hasta el jabón de manos

LO RECOMIENDO
Hice mi reserva en Hoteles.com y me enviaron a mi correo la confirmación de mi reserva, la que afortunadamente imprimí y llevé conmigo, pués al llegar al Hotel con mi esposo y mi hija Oh sorpresa !...no había ninguna reserva a mi nombre, les mostré la reserva impresa y luego de un momento realmente incómodo nos ofrecieron una habitación incómoda con literas la cual aceptamos por que llevábamos varias horas de viaje y queríamos descansar aceptamos. Después nos informaron que nos mantendrían la tarifa tal como estaba en la reserva y superado este impase los demás días la atención fue buena, el desayuno es muy bueno y las empleadas de la cafetería muy amables, hacen aseo todos los días a las habitaciones pero se siente un olor feo como a alcantarilla por ratos, lo que debían mejorar . En general, Si usted busca un hotel para descansar después de salir de paseo por la ciudad esta bien y tiene una excelente ubicación en el centro histórico de la ciudad y muy cerca a la bahía.

Muy Mal...El hotel no cuenta con la infraestructura mínima de comodidad, las habitaciones con colchonetas, mal aseados, sin mantas para frío, el desayuno básico sin opción, parece una residencia a un costo alto..

Hotel bom porém barulhento.
O hotel é bem localizado, no centro, próximo a beira mar. Próximo a um supermercado, restaurantes e bares bem interessantes. Infelizmente o hotel não conta com elevador, o que torna penoso carregar malas com mais de 20kg por 3 andares. Outro problema é que o restaurante é no terceiro andar, o que gera muita movimentação nos corredores e quem está próximo ao restaurante sofre com bastante barulho. A janela do quarto, além de não ter uma cortina eficiente para escurecer o quarto, era em frente a um ninho de pombos, que faziam barulho todas as horas do dia e da noite.

Todo bien. Ya habíamos estado en el hotel, esta vez vimos algunas mejoras. Deberían variar el desayuno. Dar más comida típica de la region, como la arepa de huevo.

It is nice hostel not hotel at beach. Staff was extra nice and go beyond to help you. I have booked the as double room but I got bonus of total 4 beds as hostel. They was ants around the room. Breakfast was good. Staff is try to do best to help you. Wifi is okay. Sometimes go on/off. I would suggest for single person but not for family.

For the price as soon as you enter you can tell you got a great deal. The room was big and not sure if the rooms come this way or not but I even got a extra single bed to be able to throw my stuff on.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel ok. Die Lage ist zentral und es ist sehr günstig.
Negativ: ich bekam das Zimmer 103 obwohl ich gefragt habe ob ich nicht ein anderes haben kann. Gleich beim Eingang und der Lobby. Super laut, man hört alle Gäste und sogar das Handy - Geräusch wenn die Person an der Rezeption eine Nachricht erhält (alle 10 Sekunden...). Kein Tageslicht, eine Plastik-Matratze!!!!!
Einzig das Frühstück war ok, als der Kaffee alle war, musste man gut und gerne 15min warten bis es neuen gab...
Fazit: Wenn sie vielleicht ein Zimmer im 3. Stock haben, kann es ok sein für eine Nacht sonst nicht. Ich würde eher in ein schlechtes Hostel gehen.

They could've put a sign outside..coming in was confusing to find desk.... Good breakfast, excellent location, walking distance to beach and many attractions..

Even though we specifically asked for quiet room, they probably gave us the noisiest from all... very noisy as the room was near the terrace where the stuff prepares breakfast at 6 am. if you stay ask for rooms far from the terrace probably on the 2nd floor.Bathrooms were not clean properly. room was quite small but the bed was comfortable

Nice B&B at the heart of the city
We stayed at this B&B for four nights and had a good experience. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and efficiently complied with our requests. The rooms we stayed in were clean and adequately equipped. A few details that would make this a better place would be room safes that work, screens that cover the entire windows in the restrooms which prevent bugs from getting in and mattress covers that do hold the sheets in place...as of now they slide off in the middle of the night and it's quite annoying. The B&B is located in a great spot, 1/2 block from the Marina, boardwalk and beach and just 3 blocks from the Parque de Los Novios; which is where all the nightlife and restaurants are located. All in all, a good stay at a great price... about $40 us/night, including taxes.
