Santander - Cantabrian Coast, Spain hotel rooms at the Hotusa

"We had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Santander. The hotel is modern, very clean, and kept in neat condition throughout. Everything felt well maintained and organized, making the stay comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were comfortable and functional, with a simple but stylish design that fits perfectly with the Ibis Styles concept. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything needed for a short stay while visiting Santander. The hotel also offers a convenient location for exploring the city and the surrounding area. It worked very well as a base while traveling along the north of Spain. Overall, it is a reliable and comfortable option in Santander. Clean facilities, friendly atmosphere, and good value for the stay. We would definitely recommend it to other travelers."

"This is a nice nh hotel in Santander . The parking was convenient . It’s near a very good restaurant called “El Bonito “ which was recommended by our receptionist. The breakfast buffet was average and was not so good compared tot the other nh hotels though the service here is better . Since this is an nh collection and not an nh cuidad .. the amenities are not very good. I didn’t see a gym in the hotel . The lobby was nice but sparse . But what stands out is the service . I had a small statue of Our Lady of the Pilar about 2 inches in size and was broken . The handyman of the hotel fixed it . I forgot to give him a tip . The reception was also good as the receptionist tipped us the best restaurant in the neighborhood ( their albondigas made out of tuna is the best ) . Though this is not the best among the nh hotels that we stayed at, I still highly recommend this hotel due to its location and proximity to the city center , the Centro Botin ( Santander’s version of the Guggenheim) and its proximity to the beaches . "

"The showerhead in the room was loose so wasnt easy to use. The breakfast was okay but the scrambled eggs had a funny taste. The. Iews from the hotel room were good but the wallpaper was peeling in a few places. "

"Beautiful Hotel with friendly welcoming staff. Given an upgrade and room had a fabulous sea view, was very comfortable and lots of extras. Breakfast was superb with lots of choices in a pleasant garden room. Second time at this Hotel and would highly recommend it "

"they have problems in their automatic system to send out the code. I had to call to have it written in an email. They make you check in online less than 2 days before so you have very limited time to act. Imagine you are in a situation where you cannot call, you have no network, no way to call because you are on a plane, at sea. In room 2 there is either the radiator or the fridge that at times make a weird dripping or tickling sound, but it is *at times* so I was able to sleep. I might return to santander but I will not return to this accommodation"
